The CEO was even kind enough to phone me to ensure that we had located our crew at the FBO just prior to departure. Si on s’interroge sur le choix d’un modèle américain quand Dassault en propose un équivalent, le Falcon 8X, 4 millions de dollars moins cher (57,5 millions tout de même), il apparaît que Nissan a racheté d’occasion le jet du boss à Gulfstream après un an; un "véhicule de direction " ou une "occasion en or", en quelque sorte. Car ce genre d’objet est rarement acheté neuf. Le marché de la deuxième ou troisième main est très florissant. Trop même : les avionneurs sont confrontés à des occasions pléthoriques qui freinent le redécollage du marché du neuf. En 2016, le marché de l’occasion récente où opèrent les brokers a représenté environ 700 avions.
Les riches s’enrichissent encore et encore. Le service des compagnies aériennes commerciales se dégrade, à l’instar de l’expérience aéroportuaire. Toutefois, il est au moins possible, aujourd’hui, d’avoir un aperçu de ce qu’est l’expérience d’un vol privé pour la modique somme de 59 dollars, même si ce n’est qu’à bord d’un avion dont les sièges ressemblent plus à ceux de l’avion régional dans lequel vous voyagez avec les compagnies aériennes normales. On évite tout de même les terminaux de l’aéroport commercial, et l’on ne se présente pour le vol que quinze minutes avant le décollage, ce qui est un luxe suffisant pour faire des heureux.
Since day one, Joel and his team have been providing us with great customer service and always meet or exceed our needs. They are impeccable in their constant communication, which includes everything from quotes to flight status, and all in between. They are very accommodating to all requests, even the last minute ones. Sarah with trip support has carefully and flawlessly helped with all requested travel arrangements, from car rental to car service. It is hard to find a company these days that is genuine and understands the importance of truly great customer service, and this company and all members of the team, have this! It is very refreshing. I would recommend this company to anyone who has ever thought about trying Jet Charters or has done so for years, it will be a change for the best!
My boss recently travelled to Europe for the entire month of August. During that time his jet had mechanical issues and could no longer fly where he wanted. He had about 12 flights left in his trip around Europe and Stratos Jet Charters, especially Heather Latch, saved our lives. They were able to accommodate 90% of the trips he wanted at the time he wanted. She really was a life saver for myself and my boss. I will definitely use Stratos Jets again and work with Heather any day of the week! They are magnificent!!

Worked with Kerry Hill and as always, she delivered excellent service. First date departure had to be delayed due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft and she kept me well informed. When the revised departure date came, she worked continuously to get a hangar for the aircraft in order to help avoid costly de-icing then next morning. Can't say enough good things about Kerry and Stratos Jet!
As always, your staff is a pleasure to work with, and are very good with their communication, etc. I (of course) wish we didn't have the snafu with your client cutting the trip short, only to change his mind - costing us an additional 3 hours of flight time (approx. $10,000) - since we cancelled a trip with another operator to accommodate his request to leave early. I think there should have been a consideration for a 2 hour cancellation fee or something there. We understand that this wasn't Stratos Jets' doing - but I believe your client should have been penalized in some way as he was informed we had another trip and he told us to cancel it to accommodate him. This was very disappointing (and financially detrimental) for us, especially as we had lowered the cost of the trip (in addition to removing all minimums) prior to booking. The only way it made sense for us to do that was to fly while sitting transient.
